Job Description

OfficeTeam has partnered with a company in the Phoenix area who is seeking an experienced, professional, self-motivated Executive Assistant. The right candidate will provide skilled support to the executives. The Executive Assistant (EA) will be trusted with the management of schedules, travel arrangements, project coordination and other activities while ensuring the timely and accurate flow of information to and from the executive office. EA will handle highly confidential information and data that may be critical in nature; facilitate incoming and outgoing communications for external and internal parties seamlessly, and function effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities Include:
* Type documents as required by the Chief Executive Officer.
* Compose, compile, and edit routine correspondences.
* Other executive support activities as may be required to effectively carry out the goals of the organization.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in regards to the operations of the executive office.
* Skilled in typing, proof reading, editing correspondence, and grammatical accuracy.
* Prepares various types of documentation such as correspondence, and preparation of materials for Board meetings
* Handles process management, including executing invoices, reconciling corporate credit card statements, and assisting in follow-up of bill payments.
* Processes invoices and expense reports
* Manages high volume of telephone calls and emails, evaluates and routes appropriately
* Manages busy calendar, sets meetings and appointments plus oversees travel arrangements
* Designs and produces presentations and reports. Coordinates miscellaneous projects.
