OfficeTeam is looking for a Customer Service Scheduler to assist our local client in Tempe. As a Customer Service Scheduler you will assist a small team with scheduling appointment with clients all across the nation. As our client assist with customized products and services you must act as the subject matter expert and provide clients with efficient and informative information to provide the best resources for their needs. Must be comfortable taking high call volume of inbound calls in a small boutique office environment. Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center or office setting. Additional experience in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
