Accountemps is partnering with a companies in Phoenix area that are looking to add to their growing accounting team. This role is an Accounts Payable Clerk, and will be reporting to an AP Manager.

Duties:
Ensure accurate & timely entering on invoices into SAP accounting software
Match invoices to purchase orders
Enter new vendor information in SAP; update vendor information as needed
Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
Assist with weekly check run
Assist with month-end, quarter & year-end preparation
General ad-hoc responsibilities including filing, sorting mail, etc
Requirements
2+ years prior work experience as a Accounting Clerk
Proficient Microsoft Office including Excel
Prior experience with accounting or comparable classroom experience preferred
Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
