Customer Service Representative

***Our offices are located just off the 17 freeway at Dunlap Avenue on 25th Avenue***
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Shift: Saturday - Wednesday
Oakwood is looking for a dynamic, positive, high-energy individual who will be responsible for answering customer service calls and emails. This Customer Service Representative will offer outstanding service and create positive relationships with our guests. Successful candidates will possess superb attention to detail, great follow up skills and the ability to troubleshoot challenges with little supervision.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Prioritize several different tasks with clients and external emergency providers until resolution is attained.
Perform in a manner that is proficient in handling multiple computer programs and maneuver appropriately while engaging the customer on live calls
Complete data entry and maintain detailed files for documentation
Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures and customer concerns.
Obtain customer feedback information.
Insure issue or problem resolution through completion or by escalation to the appropriate person.
Log all calls into computer system and follow-up on calls as needed to insure resolution and quality of service.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
2-3 years customer service experience in a position requiring a high level of problem resolution, preferred
Strong computer and keyboarding skills will be key to the successful applicant
Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently
