National PEO is working with a Central Phoenix based employer to find a success-driven, goal-oriented sales person!
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms
• Recommend products to customers based on customer’s needs and interests
• Identify prospective customers through business directories, leads from existing clients, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling, participation in organizations and clubs and attendance at trade shows and conferences
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices and sales
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and process-thinking skills
• Understanding of business processes and associated performance metrics
• Successfully build strong networking relationships with architects, designers, and builders
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
