This position oversees financial, business and daily operations of the retail operations for the HonorHealth hospitals and Thrift Shop. Responsibilities include: integrating the retail spaces across the network, buying merchandise in partnership with Supervisors for all Gift Shops, ensuring all locations manage pricing, displaying and selling quality merchandise at reasonable prices for the convenience of patients, visitors, and employees. Processes invoices and financial reports. Monitors sales, profitability, inventory levels and budget. Responsibilities at the thrift shop operation include maximizing their sales capabilities while at the same time providing the valuable service to members of our community to afford the dignity of purchasing needed items at reasonable prices. Maintains quality and regulatory compliance. Performs, participates and makes recommendations on hiring, interviewing, disciplinary, terminations, training, annual reviews, career development, mentoring, coaching, etc. Creates and maintains a cohesive working environment.
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, accounting or other related field
EXPERIENCE: 5-years' experience in retail operation and shop management, computer knowledge, and proven success in working with people
