The Gainey Ranch Community Association is currently interviewing for an Administrative Assistant (AA).
The AA reports directly to the Executive Director and provides secretarial support to the Executive Director, Controller, Security Director and Estate Club Director. If you're a people person with good communications skills, who enjoys interacting with homeowners, this position is for you.
Receptionist for the Executive Administration Office
Meet and familiarize new Gainey Ranch homeowners
Maintain homeowner database
Maintain electronic key control system
Maintain electronic vehicle access database
Maintain electronic Security Report system
Administrative Assistant duties for a normal office environment
Skill / Requirements
The AA position requires excellent communication skills and good general computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook). Previous administrative support experience is a plus.
