Job Description
As a Pharmacy TechnicianII-Doctor Calls, you will beresponsible for making outbound calls,taking inbound calls, entering patient and prescription information into oursystem, and faxing the physicians for prescription clarification,substitutions, and formulary changes. The PharmacyTechnicianIIis essential to ensuring incomplete prescriptions are resolved after clarification is obtained, and complete the appropriate described patient letter. The PharmacyTechnician II position is responsible forinteractingwith physician offices and internal partners to ensure to maximize workflow.As part of the Pharmacy Technician II -Doctor Callsteam, you willhave an important, uniquely rewarding role putting your Pharmacy Technician skills and experiences to work in a front-end setting. Required Qualifications
Must have Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee License or Arizona Pharmacy Technician License

Preferred Qualifications
6 months of customer service and/or call center experience
6 months of pharmacy technician experience

Education
Verifiable High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
