services to long term care facilities and
to other customers in the healthcare environment.

While senior care has long been
an Omnicare specialty, we also serve other targeted populations.

As a Dispensing Pharmacist for our Long Term Care Pharmacy in Chandler, AZ, you will work in an exciting, dynamic and fast paced environment, ensuring the continuation of pharmacy management's goals and objectives within the dispensing pharmacy.

You will provide routine and emergency comprehensive and accurate drug screening, information, processing, and dispensing services for various drug
distribution systems to the centers.

Management skills and accuracy are required to ensure that the appropriate drug product reaches the customer efficiently and safely.

In this role, you will be an integral member of the pharmacy team.

Your success will be driven by your ability to lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and service.
The most successful Pharmacists demonstrate excellent customer service skills, as well as a good sense of urgency.

The contributions you will make as a Pharmacist will position CVS Health as a leader within the LTC marketplace.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD

Current Arizona license to practice pharmacy in good standing required

Ability to work flexible hours, which will include evening, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge about long term care regulations (OBRA, OSHA, state laws and other federal laws) that have an impact upon both pharmacy and Center operations preferred.

Previous experience working with Docutrack and/or Framework system preferred

Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required
