The Call Center Tools Product Delivery, Senior Advisor, is responsible for ensuring that the right architecture decisions are made for the assigned portfolios, program and projects, risks are identified and mitigated and solutions align to Enterprise RPA direction and future state roadmaps. We are seeking someone who will focus on delivering CVS Health next generation RPA solutions in support of business growth and healthcare integration. You will be a contributor to the technology direction and roadmap for CVS Health systems and platforms. This position will influence business leaders, IT Leadership and application architects in delivering on CVS Health strategic imperatives. Can you serve as a partner in the business development process and ensure that assigned projects align with the company’s roadmaps and standards? 

In this role, you are also responsible for but not limited to:
-Provide RPA architecture oversight for line of business portfolios or portion of a portfolio to ensure there is overall compliance to standards and enterprise direction.

-Provide advisory services on RPA, application, infrastructure,integration, data and security architecture components for portfolio, program and project as assigned

-Provide RPA integration services across applications and lines of business to optimize the exchange of information in secure, agile and resilient manner.

-Provide RPA solution architecture services as assigned,preparing conceptual and logical architecture diagrams to align technical direction and document future state architectures.

-When called upon, lead work groups in transformative delivery engagement either in the capacity as advisor and/or as the program owner.

-Provides the technical leadership in developing the RPA vision,strategy, architecture and overall design for assigned domain and projects.

-Provides consultation to application owners, business partners and peer groups regarding long and short-range technical solutions that meet business requirements.

-Ensure RPA designs are consistent, maintainable,flexible, and cost effective and actively identifies reuse opportunities,managing and measuring reuse in architecture design.

-Recommends solutions and develop business case alternatives which anticipate the future direction of the business, its drivers and technology strategy and leads teams, technical projects or programs, and has responsibility for project estimation process for new architectural elements.

-Understand industry IT and RPA trends, new technologies and standards in order to evolve the CVS Health Standards and Roadmap while enabling high-reaching advantage via effective and consistent use of technology

-Define and communicate RPA architecture strategies,principals, standards, policies and procedures for domain and actively facilitates complex design and technical discussions, reconciling differing opinions and drives decision-making process.

-Function as a leader with vision / evangelist for assigned group and/or application portfolio and identifies skill gaps and new skills required to meet changing technology and business needs while also solving complex performance and availability issues/severity events when required.

Required Qualifications
-8+ years of overall IT experience including the following: -5+ years of experience envisioning, designing and delivering technology architectures in complexity, high volume environments utilizing services oriented architectures with at least three years at an enterprise or portfolio lead architect role.-5+ years solution architecture/delivery experience. -3+ years of integration architecture experience in SOA/API/Services/messaging platforms with previous hands on experience.3+ years of RPA integration architecture experience in UIPath or AssistEdge platforms with previous hands on experience. -Have a wide base of experience in many discipline of information technology, including operating systems, systems  Management and development tools, application program interfaces (APIs), database management systems, data warehousing, business intelligence and analytics, development methodologies, transaction processing monitors,messaging software, security, open source, directory services, hardware, telecommunications, interoperability techniques and standards. Developed leadership, business insight and consensus building skills; gravitas;  
-Ability to listen effectively and persuade partners along with good presentation skills in PowerPoint and the ability to speak succinctly on technical matters to all levels in business and IT. -Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and have participated on projects through their complete lifecycles (requirements, design, development, launch).

Preferred Qualifications

-Very good ability to facilitate collaboration among senior technical team members and senior business leaders.

-3 or more years big three or second tier consulting experience.

-At least 5 years of healthcare experience.

-5+ years as an enterprise solution architect for a Fortune 100 Company. Supervisory leadership experience is a plus DevOps, infrastructure IaaS/PaaS and or Cloud environments experience

-5+ years of mainstream architecture experience on IBM or Oracle architectures, technologies and tools Experience data architecture concepts and governance.

-Good interpersonal and communication skills

-Experience with UIPath or AssistEdge

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required. Master's in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.
