Job Description
CVS Health as an opportunity for a Benefits Setup Representative I. In this role, you would be responsible for analyzing client benefit requests, determine best operational approach and perform coding. In this role you will be working with both internal and external partners.

Additional responsibilities of a Benefits Setup Rep I include:
- Validating coding accuracy utilizing various tools to ensure no financial impact or client/ participant dissatisfaction.
- Meeting or exceeding turnaround time and quality standards.
- Research client benefit requests/issues and recommend alternative solutions to internal partners in meeting client needs.
- Trending analysis, supporting ad hoc situations and mentoring staff.
- Interface with internal and external clients via conference calls and written communication.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office Application experience
- 1 year of RxClaim Experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of health care industry
- Government Claims experience
- Retail or specialty pharmacy experience
- Thorough understanding of RxClaim platform/system applications/products
- Proficient in analyzing and executing clinical and non-clinical client work requests
- Well organized with the ability to effectively and independently prioritize work
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work successfully in a deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor Preferred
