Job Description

Position Summary:  Runs the front desk and answers a multi-line phone system.  Provides administrative support to Front end and HR.

Essential Duties:

  • Answers incoming calls from a multi-line phone system and interacts with customers to direct them to appropriate route for resolution.
  • Provides administrative support to the worksite and HR.
  • Sorts, notates, documents and distributes incoming faxes.
  • Responsible for ordering letters for customers based on the status of their account.
  • Maintains office equipment schedules for maintenance and repairs of copiers, printers, and fax machines.
  • Responsible for daily documentation of incoming certified mail, shipping, and scheduling pick up of documents and computer supplies via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS
  • May open, sort, notate in CCS and distribute incoming correspondence in absence of primary resource.
  • Adheres to regulatory requirements and company compliance policies and procedures
  • Behaves in a manner that is consistent with professional standards and the core values of the company
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned

Skill / Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • At least one year of high volume call center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of office equipment including laser copiers, fax machines, scanners, etc.
  • Superior customer relation skills both in person and over the phone
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to multi-task efficiently
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
