Pay: $13 to $15/hour
Job Status: Full Time
Position Summary: Runs the front desk and answers a multi-line phone system. Provides administrative support to Front end and HR.
- Answers incoming calls from a multi-line phone system and interacts with customers to direct them to appropriate route for resolution.
- Provides administrative support to the worksite and HR.
- Sorts, notates, documents and distributes incoming faxes.
- Responsible for ordering letters for customers based on the status of their account.
- Maintains office equipment schedules for maintenance and repairs of copiers, printers, and fax machines.
- Responsible for daily documentation of incoming certified mail, shipping, and scheduling pick up of documents and computer supplies via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS
- May open, sort, notate in CCS and distribute incoming correspondence in absence of primary resource.
- Adheres to regulatory requirements and company compliance policies and procedures
- Behaves in a manner that is consistent with professional standards and the core values of the company
- Performs other job related duties as assigned
Skill / Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- At least one year of high volume call center experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of office equipment including laser copiers, fax machines, scanners, etc.
- Superior customer relation skills both in person and over the phone
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task efficiently
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
